ShiftSync · for employers
Rosters, attendance and Ghana payroll in one app.
Photograph the paper duty roster and ShiftSync turns it into the month's schedule. Staff clock in on their phone at the site. At month end, pay is worked out with PAYE and SSNIT, and payslips are ready.

My groups
Circle Group · for groups
Your group's chat, with the group's books built in.
For susu groups, families, churches and associations. Members talk as they do on WhatsApp, and every bill and payment shows up as a card everyone can see.
- A bill for each member, each month: dues, savings, susu turns, loans, fines, pledges and appeals.
- Pay by MoMo, bank transfer or cash. The treasurer checks and confirms. Cash is tracked until it is banked.
- Records you can trust. Receipts, statements and the treasurer's report all come from one ledger.
- Proper books for the treasurer: cash, MoMo and bank books, income and expenditure, and a check that the books balance.
- Meetings, tasks and minutes, and rules for who approves money going out.
- Members without the app still get their bills by SMS or WhatsApp.
Circle never holds the money. It goes from members to the group's MoMo or bank, and Circle keeps the books.
